Has amazing pool of talent to work with. No micro management.
Cons
Salary offered is way less for the talent hired as a result most employees leave after an year. Does not reimburse internet connection expense. No work life balance the manager can ping you at any time for any work to be done. HR takes feedback which is only on paper never implemented. Even if company's quarter results are good there are is no bonus. No team outing or team lunch . Insurance amount for employees is too less 200000 base cover. No snacks or recreational zone in the office. No pantry for lunch only a vending machine pay to buy. Company's growth has been great but can't say the same for employees growth. Freshers are paid more than experienced, no logic behind it.
