Really enjoyed the kids. They made coming to work worthwhile.

The leadership was terrible. Administration needed alot of work.

-Low student to teacher ratios -Small campus -Continuing education for teachers is a high priority -Directors are available to their employees -Most families at the school are supportive of their teachers and classroom -Paid time off and holiday pay are available to teachers after a certain length of employment

- Teacher turnover has been high for the last few years - There have been a few changes in management, and while the school has continued to run smoothly, behind the scenes it is always a game of "catch up" - Since Administration is stretched thin, sometimes support of teachers in the classroom has also been lacking
