      Pros

      Some of the people are good to work with.

      Cons

      Company is run by absent owners, They know little about the day to day operations, yet ALWAYS seem to know better. They have a 70% turnover rate......Do I need to say anything else! Working 60+ hours a week on salary is not the way to do things. Not nearly enough support staff to deal with the companies growth (or should I say over-growth)

      Great Work-Life Balance – Flexible hours and remote work options.

      Cons

      Slow Career Growth – Limited opportunities for promotion. Salary Could Be Better – Pay is decent but not as competitive as other companies. Management Communication Issues – Sometimes decisions are unclear or not well-communicated. High Turnover – Many employees leave after a couple of years, leading to frequent changes.
