do not join if you want to develop - Accountant Bestway Group Employee Review

For anyone early in their career, do not join this company. The company is stuck in the late 20th century with respect to it's IT systems, there is little to no employee stakeholder management and it can be an unsafe environment at times. The only thing challenging about the work is the tight timelines, and you will not find yourself developing in any real manner. The salary is competative when you first join, but there is no way of seeing your value increase further. Furthermore, the senior leadership team have a shocking disregard with respect to health and safety (which is a huge concern in a post covid world).
