Pros
If you like to use cutting edge technology look no further: here is where you need to work. There's a lot to do and future looks promising. As an employee I was treated with gloves, this company knows what perks are. The office is nice and the job atmosphere makes you happy to go to work in the morning. Google says this is one of the best startup in Switzerland, I can confirm that.
Cons
Slack is killing the communication. Too many e-mails. Sometimes 5 minutes chat in front of a coffee can replace a 1 hour meeting. ...but most of the IT companies are affected by these problems...
