      Pros

      Best Version Media is a dream come true. I have been with the company for 5 years, and it keeps getting better. The company works tirelessly to improve our technology and ability to do our jobs. I love the unlimited salary, the flexible work schedule, the positive work culture, and the team that surrounds us, BVM is a huge blessing to me and my family! The leadership team is top notch and I thank God every day to be where I am!

      You need to be a self starter and stay motivated.

      Pros

      Everyone - from publishers to designers and corporate office staff - is helpful and eager to see the whole team succeed. Other content coordinators are wonderful about sharing information that would be relevant to magazines outside of their area. Quarterly webinars also keep us abreast of what's new.

      Cons

      Some things within the software can occasionally be clunky; but IT listens to suggestions and always works to make improvements.
