Pros
You do get a free apartment( not the ones advertised nor worth the rent they claim it is) and the pay is now competitive with other schools in the area. (Keep in mind that the pay they advertise is for 5 classes which you are unlikely to get)
Cons
Keep in mind that the reviews on here are from nearly 2 years ago. In the beginning of my contract it was very much Like the reviews on here. So much has changed. The school has been failing To the point that the owners have rented out classrooms at other schools. If you are scheduled to go to these schools you will be working illegally!! 2 people got arrested for working in them because the address did not match the address on their work permits. China will not allow you to work at more than one location! The owners will pretty much tell you what ever you want to hear and then never do it. They are not trustworthy!!
