Pros

The discount, and you become a master of self control.

Cons

$15 starting pay but your hours will be capped immediately, part timers some weeks get more hours than full timers, you're overworked with 3 jobs at the same time constantly and are "coached" if something isn't finished on time. Often times you're the only one scheduled in your department for up to 4 hours alone. Upper management only cares about metrics and not the safety of employees during covid. You're a Karen punching bag and get threatened by customers who don't want to wear masks weekly. Store level management only cares about pushing credit cards and store memberships because they bonus from it, it doesn't matter how much you sell you'll be written up for not meeting their membership goals. Warehouse is overworked and is expected to flex to customer service, sell, check people out, manage online orders, ship same day orders, finish cycle counts, constantly run carry-outs/curbsides, unload truck, validate the truck, receive UPS shipments and put away the truck all in the same day with 2-3 people scheduled. You're treated like trash and not compensated for the beating your mental health takes.

Pros

Flexible hours, employee perks such as discounted products, offers 401(k) despite being part-time, coworkers who are nice to work with.

Cons

Management is quick to call-out sales that have nothing attached to it (warranties, card applications, memberships, or accessories). There is a rodent problem that has not been addressed for nearly a year; food and beverages cannot be sold at this store.
