      Peers were amazing to work with, but like Starbucks they are loosing their talent fast.

      Cons

      Upper Management was a joke. The red head ran the place the the Marine Corp. Sorry, but talking down to people does not boost morale. If you sell a lot they are your friend, if you don't, your job is at risk.

      Pay, fairly easy to communicate, lot of work, flexible schedule

      Cons

      Big corporation, impossible to implement new ideas that actually work, they change things based on some crazy idea from a Executive that never had any hands on experience, they make major changes out of nowhere!
