Pros

Flex-hours, company gym and co-workers generally make an OK working environment. Company shuttle is convenient for those who don't drive and faster than transit.

Cons

Advancement opportunities are rare. Employees are treated as disposable, creating an uncertain working environment. Various departments very often have communication difficulties resulting in confusion, missed deadlines and finger pointing. Compensation is often not competitive when compared to other equivalent positions at other companies. No consideration is given for prior experience when salary is being determined for non-manager roles.

Pros

Travel to different store locations. On travel that requires a hotel meals are covered up to $80 a day. Mileage is reimbursed outside of 20miles from home and back.

Cons

You're required to have a car and it puts alot of strain on it and your body. You could be gone from home anywhere from a few days to a few months. Changes are very last minute.
