      Pros

      People you work with for the most part will make the time enjoyable. Other than that its just like any other job. Nothing really off the top exciting.

      Cons

      No room for advancement. Management has no clue. Pay is okay compared to other places but not sufficient enough for the work we do. At times we are doing more work than management.

      Pay, fairly easy to communicate, lot of work, flexible schedule

      Cons

      Big corporation, impossible to implement new ideas that actually work, they change things based on some crazy idea from a Executive that never had any hands on experience, they make major changes out of nowhere!
