Every company talks the talk, but no company has actually walked the walk to the extent Best Bath does. They truly care about their employees and take care of them. They value feedback and the culture there is amazing.

It was so hard to leave because of how great it was working there. The only con I would say is they don’t allow fully remote work.

The Company overall was amazing along with the people who work there, They share a profit percentage each month based on sales made.

As a growing company they're still in the process of expanding to fit the needs of the bigger work load.
