Learning Opportunities: You get to learn a lot about the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry and production processes. Teammates: Most of the staff are hardworking and supportive, making the daily grind more manageable.

Micro-management: The management style can feel quite restrictive, which sometimes slows down productivity and dampens morale. Work-Life Balance: Frequent overtime and last-minute requests are common, making it difficult to maintain a steady balance.
