The owner of the company always makes you feel heard and treats you with respect. There are many opportunities for growth professionally and personally. The management team listens to their employees, the owner along with the HR administrators have been diligent in improving :the quality of services and support to both clients and staff, professionalism in the workplace, work culture as a whole, and MORE! There are moments of disorganization e.g. there is no scheduler, an appointed person who manages calendar changes, all cancellations, a person parents can refer to re: scheduling updates.... this has been a barrier for staff and parents when providing quality services, frequently causes issues, scheduling conflicts.. but the company is working on this..
