Awful 401k match with below industry standard compensation, toxic management, worst hours I have seen out of the firms in the region that are not big 4 (be ready to work 80 hour weeks and be shamed for not working 90-100), overall horrible company culture. When people ask why I left the company, my answer is the people. The work can be tolerated if it is not your favorite, but the individuals who are supposed to be your coworkers cannot. The frequency of backstabbing actions and putting others down to build yourself up is astronomical, even at a partner level. This childish behavior by grown adults fosters the need to watch your back at all time. This caused the worst tone at the top that I have seen within a company, and is a major component of the turnover problem that they experience. If you want absolute assurance that you are just a number, disposable, and too feel that you are beneath others, then this is the place for you.
