Pros
There are a lot of opportunities to learn new things and develop new skills at BerryDunn. Some of the managers and principals are fairly decent to work with, although sadly they are in the minority. The time off policy is also pretty nice.
Cons
There are a great deal of cons to working there. The most glaring is that leadership tends to have little respect for those working under them. This is not universal, but in many cases I was very surprised at the poor way people are treated there. Additionally, work-life balance is not great and turnover is high. They often say the opposite, but this is simply not true. I don't have all day, so I can't tell you everything I dislike about the "Individual Development Plan" and review process. Suffice to say, if every other negative about the firm had been resolved, I would still have left for that reason alone.
