Pros
BerryDunn is a wonderful place to work. Employees are talented, smart individuals who are experts in their fields. There is a great balance of work and personal life, as leaders are consistently reminding employees to take care of themselves, take time to recharge, etc. The President of the company is approachable, kind, and funny. He leads the company with transparency and an employee-first focus. We are lucky to have him. There are plenty of opportunities for growth within your own practice group and also outside of it if you so desire. There are also many ways to grow professionally, as the firm offers a diverse set of classes, trainings, etc. I hope to work at BerryDunn for a very long time.
Cons
BerryDunn is growing rapidly, which comes with certain growing pains. That said, leaders are focused on continual process improvement, which helps to ease some of those growing pains. Overall, there aren't many negative things to say about BerryDunn.
