Pros
Consistent pay, lots of areas to move up to, and they like to higher from within even if you do not have the education some positions require.
Cons
It takes years to build up seniority to move from the off shifts to day shift. Almost 10 solid years to not get bumped off day shift. Many of the positions at Berry pay less than other companies for the same position.
