Top management talks a good talk but really just a cut-throat corporation - Production Manager Berry Global Employee Review

After acquiring the company I worked for they ran our plant into the ground and now it's closed. Management did not understand our business and would not listen... the my way or the highway mentality and all it got them was an under-performing plant that is closing. In hindsight, the fact several customers left us after hearing our company was being acquired by Berry Plastics, saying they simply would not do business with them, should have been taken more seriously.
