      Pros

      Pay was good. Hours made for a great work life balance. Great culture and teamwork here. Only left because we moved out of state. Hands on owners.

      Cons

      weekends are mandatory but they will work with you if yo need off for a special occasion.

      Getting a discount on food as an employee

      Lack of management, lack of communication, turnover is very high and they don’t make you full time even when hired as such.
