Pros
Very flexible with scheduling conflicts/appointments, most of the staff is patient and helpful, over time is allowed, 401k funds matched after 1 year
Cons
Promises are not always kept (be sure that any promises/raises/vacations are in writing), non existant raises unless a significant change in employment status (although this is par for the course in dealerships) do not get acknowledged for going above and beyond so just do your job (dont bother trying to exceed expectations-no1 will notice), some office girls can be very petty and act snobby and superior (something I never experienced at any of the other 4 dealership I've worked at) and more turnover than usual
