People are great and passionate about making the best product they can. Supervisors really care about their people and making sure that they are involved and feel heard.
Cons
BAMTech is part of a larger corporation and sometimes it takes a while for changes to take effect. Working with offshore vendors is the norm and there isn't much accountability for the quality of their work.
