Pros
There are great people on both faculty and staff, the students are ridiculously talented, and the location can't be beat.
Cons
Work-life balance is abysmal, and there's a feeling that even longtime employees can be easily replaced. Recent high-level administrative hires of people with no knowledge of music have shifted the culture in an unfortunately corporate direction. The place has lost a bit of its soul.
