Pros
They pay well, but beyond that, there are no other pros with this company.
Cons
I usually try not to rate a previous employer, however I have to provide some input for others to take into consideration as this company is toxic. When starting with the company, they advised about unity between the Bergman and KPRS sides, however that is a lie. These are two separate companies and they run on different styles. This review is primarily on the Bergman side.
They treat employees as dirt and provide minimal support. Their estimators will bid the project as best as possible, however upper management will pull numbers in order to get awarded the project. This shows desperation in their part and puts a bad start for the operations team. If you request for support, the company will think about it for months and if they finally make a decision to provide support, it'll be at the bare minimal where it potentially be at your determent for asking in the first place.
There are certain upper management that will continually talk down to you and treat you like a child. Leaders of this company do not care about the efforts you put in, they just care about making money. If you try to make a moral or ethical decisions that goes against their perspective, you will be labelled as insubordinate.
I previously said that the pay is well, but that's just the base compensation. If you travel, per diem is low. Their medical benefit is expensive for bad coverage. They do not have 401k company match.
