Great team of people and genuine passion for the brand. Product days for staff are a great opportunity. Part of the Pentland group and they are a really amazing family of brands.

Strategy by board changes every six months. Large HR team to manage consultation programmes which occur every twelve months. No brand management and focus too much on turnover without any success in achieving any net gains in this area at all. Outwardly is a global brand but reality is that it is a well known UK brand and its grasp on this market is slipping away.
