Almost all employees are overworked or burnt out - working on weekends and receiving messages and emails past midnight from higher ups Poor pay, Poor benefits Growth extremely difficult No formal review or performance check ins Office does not fit full team - have to reserve desks Higher ups are not trained on emotional intelligence and support of their direct reports. When many of my colleagues and I have come to higher ups for support in clear distress - we have been told we are not mature, that this is part of your first job, and to suck it up 6 PTO days per year for entry level, which is questionably legal? No support from HR - my only interactions with them were onboarding and offboarding in a total of 2 years Buying complexes are distributed disproportionately - some teams are constantly drowning with double work and are not approved to hire more members to support Because team members are so overworked, higher ups will not take time to train you to flex up and grow, I was constantly being told to hold on and work hard with zero effort from higher ups to invest in my career with BG. I did not feel valued. As an MA, you are a robot and are expected to transmit and code thousands of items into an outdated system - this job should be automated and could be if the company invested in new systems
