      Salary package is average it is ok and the shares options are paid yearly and so can be considered under a basic package, the healthcare is average

      Cons

      Slow decision making processes and overly bureaucratic I would not recommend the type of governance process used at this company and the staff are struggling because of it

      Great work to family balance, good atmosphere at work, personal approach to each employe.

      Cons

      No disadvantages. Only location, Bergen in Norway, might be a bit difficult for some to overcome.
