-Easy job if you know the material you're teaching -Make up your on curriculum as long as it's relevant -9am to 1pm and 5pm to 9pm for class times with no additional time commitments -Great atmosphere, colleagues, and students -Great as a supplemental part-time job -Networking opportunities -No rigid policies or procedures

-Limited hours -The company is cheap and will try to offer you less than the advertised compensation -No ownership of responsibility to sustain student enrollment from corporate management
