Family owned and run. Small enough so that everyone knows everybody . Everyone is friendly to work with . Some departments run more fair than others
Cons
No raises given unless you ask for them . No yearly review. They prefer to hire from the ouside than promote from within . Some coworkers making twice as much as others due to favoritism . Owners at times do not know what the managers are doing . In certain departments favoritism runs rampent
