Amazingly broad portfolio of products which have been acquired over the past five years, great story for enterprise level engagement.
Cons
Struggling to find it's way in a changing market and work out the right organisational structure and go to market strategy. Used to be very good to it's employees which became its greatest assets, now the slash and burn has taken a lot of the good people away that made a difference. Compensation plan is crazy bad. The past 3 years I was there, the quota carrier always the casualty. Dishonesty and mistrust in the management which made it difficult after ignoring it for a long time. Saw this happen to many colleagues who lost their faith. A lot of this has to do with HQ being based in the US. They have can have quite a narrow view without considering other markets and operations and therefore take a 'one size fits all' approach.
