Pros
- Nice and friendly working environment - Many learning opportunities - Management values employees work - People are technically sound and very cooperative - Company is growing through number of acquisitions
Cons
- Compensation is not very good and appraisal process is not very clear - Processes are very slow - HR people don't have HR skills - Processes and policies are not consistent across the company because of lot of acquisitions
