Expectations - Server Bent Tree Country Club Employee Review

-not too hard to get hours if you want them -food in the break room, great if you're working a longer shift -nice management! -the other lifeguards were good kids during my time there

-A lot of the time, management is hard to get a hold of because they have more to take care of than just the pool -lots of entitled rich kids working there -the patrons are also quite entited and can be a pain

Flexible time, management was understanding and easy to work with. Growth.

Wish there was a bit more work life balance but its easy to manage.
