Pros
You get to work with people your own age and most are friends of yours anyways. It is a very fun place to work and the free/discounted ice cream certainly helps. You can make a lot in tips. It's a fun and relaxed place to work for a high school or college student.
Cons
Hours are mostly at night when you want to hang out with friends but that's part of life. Customers can complain about high prices which can be annoying at times. Shifts can be long and you are on your feet all day.
