      We had a good staff camaraderie

      Cons

      Micromanaging from the top handcuffs anyone wanting to express new ideas while the most obvious issues are waved off. Could be a great company but there is no focus and poor communications.

      My coworkers were all great, I was able to get a schedule that worked well with my home life and I gained a lot of hands on experience.

      The pay could definitely be higher
