People are very kind and genuine Work load is manageable Office and location of Atlanta office is great

Pay could be better but seems like a fair trade off for less hours

I guess the PTO (Good luck using it), experience gained, ability to work remotely (though I believe they have changed some of the rules regarding this)

An intensely negative environment. The partners are incredibly far removed from reality and quite frankly the best word I can use to describe them as people is mean. Please understand this does not come from a place of not wanting to work hard or not being able to handle a professional environment. This place simply isn’t professional. I found myself in very uncomfortable positions multiple times and that was after working 70+ hour weeks. People have been leaving in large groups and the tax team seems to be strongly made up of new grads who will also leave because no one seems to able to handle how awful it is long term. They will overwork you and while they do advertise a family culture please do not buy into this. That is not real and they will treat you very poorly. I encourage you to run far away. If you’re going to be treated bad and overworked might as well do that at a big four.
