Pros
You can literally sleep under your desk, on the floor of the conference room, and not do critical work for 6months+ with NO repercussions. Saw it happen. If you're looking for a career, don't bother. Need a "job" for awhile? This will work.
Cons
Where to start....? Upper management is all older white men who went to college together. Very misogynistic culture. No actual work flexibility for emergencies. WFH 1 day only even if you had surgery and can't WALK for a few weeks. Our best accountant at the time had to use ALL his PTO when he was capable of working post surgery. Accounting is not where BW makes their money, and it shows with how we were treated... or ignored I should say. Owner worked in the building and NEVER walked through our hall to even say Hi. Don't expect more than a $0.25 raise... IF you're "eligible"
