      Pros

      Benefitfirst has been a great place to work. Very good leadership and management who are understanding and good to work for. Competitive pay and benefits and they have handled the pandemic situation very carefully and with employee health at the forefront.

      Cons

      Don’t really have any cons- would love more schedule flexibility.
