There's employees who have been there for years that will get you fired if they feel threatened by you. As a manager you have no authority over employees who have been there a long time and you can't tell them to do anything. anything or listen to you. Things won't get done and you will get the blame when it's not your position because you have less time spent employed and the things you do are overlooked or long time employees get credited for. Your voice goes unheard because you are treated like you didn't know anything. The sales manager and others will set you up for failure and get you fired if they don't like you. Bathrooms are disgusting. Toilets overflowing when flushed are a common thing that never gets fixed. Safety is a joke and the company does not adhere to OSHA regulations. No clean eye wash stations and some are missing eye wash solution, blocked access to fire extinguishers, and no guards on big machinery are just a few violations. No safety team, safety meetings, or care for safety instruction. No crane or forklift training or certifications are held by operators. Building is old, dirty, and outdated located in one of the poorest to locations in L. A . There are a lot of homeless people in the area. Commuting to and from is horrible. Prepare to spend an hour just to get to the freeway. There are a few locations throughout the Western U.S. and when you need to talk to someone at a different location they never get back to you
