      Pros

      Most of the other coaches, coordinators, and therapists were great.

      Cons

      Lack of culture, high turnovers, questionable ethics, awful pay while expecting the clinical team to stay glued to their computers, didn't listen to or care about employees' recommendations to provide quality care for patients. There is more, but it was ultimately a very unhealthy working environment.

      Flexible schedule, helping kids and families

      Cons

      Zero company culture, micromanaging, unethical coaching responsibilities for patients who need higher levels of care but can only afford the “free” coaching through insurance. Toxic. Will work you to death. Worked at MH agencies, somehow this is worse even from the comfort of your own home.
