Pros

Good salary. Latest sales tools.

Cons

Bob Hughes the boy CEO is a joke. Zero respect across the company and customers. The company is ran by people affiliated with a religious cult and it's a weird experience. They're uneducated so they surround themselves with yes men. They lie, they're greedy, they're trash. If you work remote they want you to set up a webcam so they can keep tabs. This was never brought up during the interview. They also monitor all emails. It's very culty. The people who go along with their program are a joke. The products you sell are trash but you'll be expected to mark them up heavily.

Pros

In general salaries seem to be above market value. This is typically done to entice prospective employees to join the company or as the only means to retain existing employees.

Cons

Ownership and Executive level have no interest in work/life balance or the individual employee's thoughts, feelings or career growth/ambitions. People are thought of as "assets" that need to be pressed to get maximum capacity at all times. There is no understanding of process efficiency and tasks are delegated directly to teams or individuals with no concern or understanding of current workload for that person or team or scalability of the decision. The company is essentially a collection of individuals all expected to follow direction with no opportunity for collaboration or teamwork to develop "best practices". There is 0 communication from leadership until the last minute and often the process or policy being rolled out is misinformed action that lacks understanding of any downstream impact the change or policy will have especially as it relates to the human element of the business. Workload and onsite hourly expectations are unrealistic long term and most departments have heavy turnover with the best employees generally leaving. Be skeptical of any references to "culture" as this is not something understood by ownership at this company. Things like "free snacks and coffee" are often thought of as ways to "create culture". The "vision" and strategy of the company changes frequently providing no consistency or clarity on direction of each department or the company as a whole. Most positive reviews placed on this site were most likely given by individuals who have a relationship and affiliation with ownership outside of the business such as a family member that works for the company. Whether you are a seasoned vet or new to your career I would highly recommend staying away from this company regardless of what salary or compensation they offer. Once you join there will be affiliations and influences on the business that were concealed from you purposefully during your recruitment.
