Pros
1) A great company to work for! If you enjoy being belittled and insulted on a daily basis by ego-driven management. 2) Incredible career progression! Due to resignations being handed in at an alarming rate by those who finally decide that they can't stand to work with the Directors anymore, there are always opportunities to work your way to the top, no matter how underqualified or clueless you are. 3) Newly qualified friends! Because the Shareholders turn a blind eye to the tyrannical ruling of the office by "past their sell-by-date" Directors, you can expect to meet a whole new team of colleagues every six months due to staff turnover being so unbelievably high! More than likely either because they've found a job that pays in line with the industry, or they've had enough of being insulted and made to feel worthless by the little man in his little office with a God complex.

The Management feel the need to write their own reviews on this platform to boost its rating! Other than that, I can't think of any more, a wonderful place to work. You'll flourish!
