      Pay is fair for the roles you might be asked to do....FAIR pay

      Cons

      Small place , owner won't bother introducing himself (even though there is only 40 people in the shop) Cliques among departments , encouraging an negative result in interdepartmental work flow.

      Pros

      I worked at Benchmark Games for almost 2 years. It was a terrific place to work. I loved the people, and the work. Management seemed to care about the employees. Benchmark was for me the best place I have ever worked. Unfortunately I had to move and no longer work there. I hope if I move back to the area they have an opening for me.. Improvements in the company while I was there were amazing. I loved the piece work some people did not but they were just to slow I guess for it to work for them.

      Cons

      Sometimes hectic with changes but I guess that happens everywhere. Had to work more hours sometimes than I wanted but thankful for the work.
