Cool culture (Depending who you are on the phone with), however upper management is mostly reserved and serious all the time.

Office location isn't the best Pay is low relative to the work hours expected of you You must follow exactly what Taipei says regardless of the social differences between regions. Even if you are right, Taipei is "more" right... always
