Pros
Great Students and for most part friendly staff and faculty.
Cons
This college institution thrives on calling itself an inclusive and equitable campus. It is far from the truth. The "Becoming Better" initiative only applies to certain minority groups. There is total disregard for brown bodies that work there, the treatment they receive is horrible. It's like a revolving door, people don't stay in their jobs because of the work culture and really, bad, bad pay. The Deans office is the worst, totally incompetent. Constantly recycling positions to fill others on campus. This was once a great college to work for, now it is one of the worst in the Midwest. Top management have no appreciation for staff and pat themselves on the back. They allow themselves to work from home but not their department staff.
