Pros
Middle management and staff nothing else really, they have the Dunkirk spirit due to chaotic nature of the business. They have a dress down day once a month which is pathetic.
Cons
Senior team and ever changing strategies and general chaos. Support functions massively overstretched, I worked in procurement and we were hammered with everything. Good team and spirit head count reduced massively and victims of some terrible decisions made by exec. Massive blame culture and short memories that the team are paying for, far too stretched to be effective.
