One of the most concerning aspects was the lack of proper compliance procedures. Staff were regularly sent out to work without the necessary reference checks or DBS clearances, putting both employees and students at risk. This kind of negligence is unacceptable, especially in sectors where safety and safeguarding should be a priority. The management style was aggressive and unprofessional. This created a hostile environment where intimidation was the norm. Feedback was rarely constructive, and there was no support for career development or training. It felt like the goal was to break people down rather than help them grow. There was also a noticeable lack of pay equity across roles. Employees with similar responsibilities were being paid vastly different amounts, often with no clear explanation. This led to resentment and a sense that hard work was not being fairly rewarded. Overall, this is not a company that values its people or operates with integrity. I would strongly caution anyone considering employment here to ask tough questions about compliance, management practices, and pay transparency before accepting a role.
