It ain't what it use to be - Sales Associate/Cashier Belk Employee Review

I love that there is open communication and I feel comfortable enough to share my opinion in any space or capacity. I feel like everyone treats each other like people and titles don't hold weight.

The opportunities for advancement are limited. It's not by design but the organizational structure provides for lateral growth or growth within current role.

The discount was good and coworkers were nice

The pay was bad and management was horrible
