      Pros

      Good company in administration. Company is stability. You do not be afraid to lost your job. And Usually there are a lot of job stations. You can choose the one nearby your home.

      Cons

      no competitive. And it is not allowed the employee to transfer from one to another. There are some cutover jobs need to completer at the midnight.
