Pros
You'll get your hours towards Licensure very quickly; caseloads are astronomical. If you stick around long enough and don't care about quality of service, you'll get promoted! Enjoy being slightly less underpaid than you used to be, and here's twice the work you used to have.
Cons
It's hard to describe how terrible this job became after a while. BHSN are after billable service at the end of the day, and will look to fill your schedule with as many billable things as possible. Employees are not invested in, but rather ridden into the ground until they have to leave. Their clients and the community suffer as a result. No worries though, someone else fresh out of grad school will take your spot and try their best, too. The only reason I didn't give it 1 star is that every job I've had since this one has felt like heaven on earth.
