Difficult business- demand for service is larger than available staff. Can be stressful.

The kids are sweet and most of the staff mean well

NO TRAINING PROVIDED. I don’t know how they allow people to work here without getting formal training. A lot of the “ABA therapists” may have had a degree in a related helping field, but are guessing when it comes to how they should work with the children. Supervisors are pretty hands off, so it’s a lot of guess work
